Currently Director – Operations at K1 Bistros LLP managing Kanteeno & KP Patisserie, Premjit’s baby steps in the hospitality journey began with The Oberoi New Delhi, in 1989, where he worked for ten years, before moving to different countries to work with global chains. During that period, he got a chance to closely work with celebrity chef Marut Sikka.
After his return to Delhi in 2010, chef Sikka appointed him as Corporate GM and later made him Director of Operations for all his outlets. As Director Operations at Magique Hospitality Pvt Ltd, he successfully managed the elite Keya Lounge Bar, which set the benchmark for Delhi nightlife. He also has several successful stories to his credit – from opening several concept restaurants such as Delhi Club House and Plate to being the consultant for WHITE Club, Delhi, franchise of WHITE Dubai. Other notable projects include Melt, Bergamo and Mestizo.
